Prophetic Voices Online Program is broadcast on the
radio and as a result we must adhere to specifications that facilitate
us in our effort to reach out to our radio audience in a professional
manner, while still allowing for the moving of the Holy Spirit during
our services.
Worship Service and Progression of Service.
Our services typically although not always begin with a time of worship
and praise unto the Lord. We do have specific staff members who assist
us in this. If you have been invited as a guest speaker and would like
to have a specific musical arrangement played before or during the time
that you are sheduled to speak please contact us as we will need to have
you make that request known to us. It is helpful to us to have a copy of
the arrangement before hand so our worship leaders will be able to work
it in to the session if that is possible.
Microphone Issues:
When your turn comes to be on the microphone, one of our staff members
will introduce you and subsequently call you up to the microphone. It
has been a common practice to ask for a mic check when taking the mic in
a pal talk room, but because we are broadcasting we ask that you check
your mic prior to coming to the pal talk room. If you need a mic check
please contact one of our admins and we will take you to a private room
and assist you in checking your microphone to verify that it works
correctly.
When you take the Microphone simply begin speaking as you normally
would. If you will watch the text you will be given numerical indicators
to alert you to the status of your microphone's sound quality.
If you see a 1 the sound is good, continue in your message.
If you see a 2 we cannot hear you. Please relinquish the microphone
until such a time as your mic settings are verified to be in proper
working order.
If you see the word low, your volume is low and we are having trouble
hearing you please adjust your mic volume.
Distractions and Disruptors:
From time to time people will act out in the room and cause disruption
and distraction in the room. Please do not make mention of this on the
mic. Our admin team is on constant guard in the room and will tend to
the disruptors accordingly.
Communication.
Please establish and keep an open line of communication(PM) between the
room leadership of Prophetic Voices Online and your self so that we can
communicate to you during your time in the room.
Aside from these things we would just like to allow God to move in the
room as he sees fit.
